We have always taken great care to ensure best practice infection prevention and control to keep you and our staff safe.
In these unprecedented times we have, based on the Dental Council’s guidance and following internationally recognised best practice research, implemented additional measures to prevent against COVID 19 transmission.
We have sourced high level personal protective equipment (PPE), such as surgical-grade gowns, anti-viral masks, protective visors and have implemented additional cross infection control protocols.
We have also introduced a revised booking schedule which may mean more limited options for your appointment. We understand this may be an inconvenience to you, however it is important that we do this currently to ensure that we can adhere to new protocols.
We have also adopted new processes to ensure social distancing and to minimise any paperwork and administration during your visit to comply with public health guidelines.
We will also be asking you additional questions prior to your appointment in regard to your general well-being, recent travel and possible exposure to COVID 19 to ensure that we comply with COVID 19 protocols.
